Important week for Reds

Manchester United's upcoming games with Everton and Newcastle in the next week will allow the champions an opportunity to shake things up towards the top of the table.

Manager David Moyes feels his team need to make home advantage count in the two fixtures next week as both the Toffees and Magpies are currently ahead in the Barclays Premier League following the Reds' consecutive domestic 2-2 draws at Cardiff City and Tottenham.

"We’ve got two home games and we need to try to turn them into victories," he told MUTV. "If we can do that, we’ll be in amongst it and back in the mix and that is what we plan to do. We have to make them count now.

"We have to show our strength at Old Trafford and turn them into good victories. Both Everton and Newcastle are tough teams who are playing well at this moment in time. They are in amongst the pack right up there at the top of the league."
